SOFCC Prayer Network

Vision Statement – It is the goal of the Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches International Prayer Ministry to establish a powerful network of prayer in the local churches, across the nation, and around the world.

Mission Statement – The SOFFI Prayer Ministry will work to gather prayer support to undergird all facets of ministry throughout Fellowship.

Main Objectives:
• Create and support the establishment of at least 100 prayer chapters
• Foster a “Prayer” focus throughout the Fellowship
• Support the establishment of weekly corporate prayer times, including the development of prayer line(s) for specific groups (i.e. children, young adults, seniors, etc.)
• Identify and develop prayer leaders and intercessors in each church
• Through Bishop Alexander’s teachings, provide SOF Pastors with needed materials to teach and/or preach on the subject of prayer: Prayer, intercession, spiritual warfare, The Lord’s prayer, etc
• Promote prayer-centered literature to enrich the personal prayer lives of the saints
• Promote the Prayer Manual
• Establish a core group of intercessors that will pray for the Fellowship
• Create and maintain a system to receive and respond to prayer requests
• Conduct the annual SOFFCI Prayer Revival • Create a 24 hour around the clock prayer line during the International Fellowship Convention
